Beautiful new flooring throughout brings you into a newly renovated chef's kitchen featuring fresh quartz countertops in an open work space, high-end appliances (including a 48" gas range), and reverse osmosis drinking water on tap at the sink as well as in the new fridge. Range hood is being installed into a custom cabinet to match kitchen uppers by a carpenter this week so will be complete before lease term begins.
Walk-in closets in all three bedrooms provide ample storage. Spacious master with king size bed and en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and large closet with thoughtful built-ins.
The other side of the house has two more bedrooms with twin size beds that can be switched into loft beds and the second full bathroom with 17" deep soaking tub. A large sunroom bonus area leaves plenty of room to spread out before you head outside.
Enjoy the heated pool with a waterfall feature in the screened-in patio. Find a Pinterest-worthy playhouse (that just happens to be large enough for adult-sized chairs facing the sunset over the lake), and fully organic garden and yard. We hand-pull weeds/never spray! Tropical food forest complete with mangos, bananas, mulberry, elderberry, sugar cane, and more. Currently, no chickens on property but use of chicken coop welcome for longer term tenants.
